an ancient shapeshifter stalks across the frozen land
this goblin undetectable his form cannot be found
he's looking through the window and he's climbing in the tree
the pwca lives in darkness and in goblin secrecy
his footsteps can't be detected as he skirts across the glen
mischievous and playful you might decide to let him in
there's nothing will prepare you for the horror yet to come
hear him in the distance as the pwca beats his drum
The rhythm is enchanting and you'll soon begin to dance
your feet move uncontrollable you'll never have a chance
the revelry unending til the rising of the sun

He'll appear familiar as he comes into your room
a friendly creature skirts in as he's riding on his broom
he plays enchanted rhythms on his tambourine and drum
you'll find yourself in limbo once his evil work is done
dark magic disguises his shape
enchanted formations decides your fate
looking into the shapeless peat
nothing left but the sound of the beat

the piper appears and tips his cap
his elven ears pointed and his fluting fingers tap

if you walk in their circle you'll be pull fast underground

we dwell in these hobbled glens
